Swinging Santa

I made this Christmas bauble for a local cake competition, although he didn’t win a prize, I am still happy with how he turned out.

The bauble is all cake and is freehand painted with cocoa butter and Rolkem Dusts.

Thank you to Calli Hooper for her amazing class on cocoa butter at the International Cake Show Australia. She really has started something! xx
