This ice cream is 100% cake made on a structure that allows it to ‘stand’ on its point.
The cone is textured and airbrushed to look like waffle biscuit and the ice cream balls are covered in fondant that have been cracked and coloured to add a realistic ice cream texture.
The whipped cream is made from white royal icing and the chocolate flake, cherry, nuts and strawberry sauce are made from chocolate and gumpaste.
