Sid the Science Kid Half Sheet

I made this for my little boy’s first birthday. He was a Sid the science kid fan at the time so it was not hard picking the theme for his cake. The cake was a double layer half sheet, spice cake and yellow cake with a cheese cake & strawberry filling. The cake was iced in buttercream. Sid was hand cut out of fondant. I traced him off my big screen tv using wax paper lol. Then I cut each part out to use as a template. This year will definitely be a Dinosaur Train Cake!
