Cookie Monster Cupcakes

I made these last year as a fundraiser for our youth group at church. They looked soo cute and we got raving reviews from everyone who bought them. :) it was a full size chocolate cupcake with a full size chips-ahoy super chunk cookie coming out of his mouth. The eyes were fondant with black buttercream pupils.
