Elmo and friends

Well I made this for a facebook friend’s little girl Bella. She was turning 2 and she loves Sesame Street, especially Abby, Elmo & Cookie. The cake was an 8×6 2Tier, almond mojaito cake with strawberry fill. It was iced in buttercream & the decorations were hand cut fondant. To make the 3 characters, I found 3 coloring pages online that showed clear details. I printed them and used them as a template to hand cut each detail. Abby was the hardest but she was my favorite when all was done. The parents were super happy with the cake and that always makes me happy!! The little girl had not arrived so I didn’t get to see her expression, but if it was anything like the mom and dad IT WAS PRICELESS!
