Three tier lustre and lace

We made this cake in white chocolate and blueberry, wrapped in white chocolate ganache and then covered in Kaybee sugarpaste. The top tier is ivory, trimmed with a gold ribbon and decorated with Crystal Candy cake lace and pearl dragees. The middle tier is elegantly brushed with a soft rose lustre and the bottom tier is decorated with delicate cake lace and then brushed with a custom mixed colour made using a selection of Sugarflair lustre dusts and Rolkem Super Gold. The cake is topped off by a giant, handmade sugar rose in a delicate mocha colour. Hope you like it x
