Sharing my take on Timbo’s Wonderland cake (he was kind enough to give me permission to adapt it – cheers bud).

It was part of a charity auction that raised an amazing £18,000 for a new local charity, in memory of one of our former pupils, who sadly passed away two years ago.

Inside is a multilayered St Clements cake, with alternating flavours (and colours) of orange and lemon, with a lemon white chocolage ganache.
