I’m made this cake for a contest in the Netherlands for a exhibition. The theme was: Travelling in the category: ‘floating cakes’.
When traveling, I immediately think of a whale swimming around the world, from the north to the south. And why not with his friends?

Deze cake heb ik gemaakt voor een wedstrijd in Nederland (de Mjam beurs). Het thema was ‘travel’ en ik koos voor de categorie: ‘zwevende cakes’.
Bij het woord ‘travel’, denk ik meteen aan een walvis die de hele wereld rondreist, van het Noorden naar het Zuiden. En waarom zou hij dan zijn vriendjes niet mee nemen?
