1/2 sheet iced in VERY SOFT and horrible creamcheese icing….not horrible tasting, just horrible in the way that you think it’s the right consistency in the mixing bowl- until you get it on the cake and realize that no, indeed, way to soft!! but I carried on and finished the cake with MMF mermaid, bubbles and lettering.
