This cake was requested after seeing a previous Cake I had made where I had the top tier as a book. I was asked to recreate my hogwarts book as a larger scale version. This cake is a Victoria sponge cake with a buttercream filling and I’ve used a chocolate flavoured fondant icing to cover. The gold trimmings are made with a vintage photo frame mould, and an icing print for the emblem decoration on top. :)
