I was lucky to have Bride where we discussed some ideas to decide the look she was going for but ultimately she trusted me to put it all together, knowing what she was trying to accomplish for the overall style of her event.
Sometimes when you have free reign, it is overwhelming. However, this cake seemed to spring from my mind into existence. I promise, I am not always this lucky but when it does happen, I’m so totally pleased.
It’s the cakes I struggle to envision that I always second guess. This one just felt right and my bride was thrilled.
Sigh. That’s the rush of caking that keeps us coming back…especially during the other cakes that make us wonder why we love doing this so much. Right?!
