This three tiered wedding cake was inspired by the colours, textures and smells of Tuscany. (My spiritual home!)
The spray is made from sugar kumquats and olive branches and completed with a fantasy wafer paper flower. The base tier has an antiqued tile effect using a stencil and royal icing.
