This is my cake with which I participate in the “Soflo cake and candy Expo Miami”last April.
It was a very difficult competition in which they participated excellent artists of the sugar, but it was a good experience from which I learned a lot.
My Mermaid was make in RKT structure, and modelling in plastic chocolate and some details in gum paste and mix techniques. I paint it with food coloring.
