Lambeth String Work Cake 🎂

A Lambeth Method Inspired String Work Cake. Delicate layers of royal icing over piped, a on a cake! To be consider an authentic Lambeth Method cake there needs to be a portion of the cake that has at least 5-layers of royal icing over piped!

This is one of my favorite royal icing techniques
