This was my cousin’s baby’s 1st Birthday cake. They waited many years for Jan Sebastian, so to celebrate his 1st year of life was a HUGE blessing for the whole family! The cake was a 6×12 2Tier almond soaked cake with strawberry filling. Our family is Puertorican so we LOVE the Mojaito (Almond Soaked) Cake! The cake was mainly enjoyed by the grownups while the children feasted on the cupcakes. Sebastian had his own little SL (single layer) 6" I’m one cake decorated with Mickey heads. The cakes were iced in BC and decorated with Fondant (all hand cut). My favorite letters to use are the Funky Letters by FMM. There were MANY super cute Club House Cakes online so it was not hard to come up with a design. Little toy characters were added to the cake at the park to complete the Club House Gang.
