I made this cake for a young friend of mine that just graduated from college. She LOVES all things German. She spent a semester studying in Salzburg and hopes to someday be able to get a job and move to Germany or Austria. She wears her German hat all the time! So for her graduation I knew that was what I had to make for her cake! I hope you like it!
