This is my first entry on the Cake International show in London last week for the class H, decorative exhibit, which got a bronze medal. For me this wasn’t only a competition but also a very important challenge that will help me paving a way towards the silver and gold medals in the future, after the help of the jury. I’m looking forward the Birmingham show and I hope I can start working on my piece soon :)
