wedding cake and the Cat

The bride and groom initially wanted a ‘normal’ wedding cake with a small model of their cat tucked away behind a flower! After a little discussion and them volunteering that they had chosen me to make their wedding cake because they loved my sculpted cakes I couldn’t help myself!!
They were absolutely blown away with my idea of having their cat eating their wedding cake! Their whole wedding was a step away from the ‘norm’ anyway so this fitted in perfectly!
I have to admit though – before I took a chunk out of my perfectly iced wedding cake I did have a quick phone call to check they were still ok with it!!!!
