Tangled (Disney movie)Birthday Cake

This is a cake that I made over the summer for an order. It’s a Tangled (disney movie) themed cake. The customer really wanted a tower on top of the cake & this is definitely the biggest fondant topper we’ve ever made. Despite it being a little crooked I think it turned out really pretty & the customer was bursting with excitement when she came & picked it up. A good friend of mine (http://nerdygirl.com) molded this tower out of rice crispy treats first & then molded or cut the various fondant pieces & laid them on top of that. The tower ended up measuring about 10in high when she finished making it & definitely made the cake look amazing.
