This was a cake made for a couple who were married on Easter Sunday, we wanted to bring the Easter theme in to the cake but not make it novelty. So the bottom two tiers of the cake were covered in dark chocolate ganache, with the top tier covered in a Duck Egg Blue fondant speckled with brown. The sugar flowers on the cake consisted of Daffodils, Blue Bells and Hellebore’s to match the beautiful spring flower arrangements on the tables. The room smelt divine with the waft of chocolate and spring flowers drifting through it.
