Dressage is my contribution to the Sport Cakes for Peace Collaboration, brilliantly organized and hosted by the very talented Elisabete Caseiro. I’ve always loved horses and admire the beauty and grace of the “dancing horses” of dressage.
My horse and rider are painted on a fondant plaque cut out to define the shape, using petal dusts and Crisco (a major mistake!). The ribbon is made from gum paste.
