I created this Cake for the National Capital Area Cake Show 2017 and won 1st Place in the sculpted cakes category. Raphael is the strongest and coolest Ninja Turtle so I chose him. 😁 His body is made of cake, the muscles on the arms and legs were defined with modeling chocolate, head is made of a small styro ball and shaped with modeling chocolate. His front and back shells are made of fondant. I used an airbrush and dry dusts to color and shade the muscles and features. Super proud of this guy.
