Vincent Van Gogh is my favorite artist so when asked to make a Starry Night Cake I was jumping for joy! The cakes are 6, 8, and 9 inches and covered in chocolate ganache. I added white and blue ganache using a pallete knife to add texture around the cake tiers then painted the additional details with Edible Art Paints.
