Wedding Dress in Cream

On all levels this was a very difficult cake to do .Firstly the concept of doing a wedding dress in cream ….All three tiers had a different shape and to perfect a sharp edge on each was not easy especially the middle tier. I wasn’t sure of the stability of shaping cream with such a sharp curvature and was certain the edge wouldn’t last .Doing the cream folds to mimic fondant was equally hard and then the silver dragees…

Wow! This is stunning. When I first read the title, I thought you were referring to the colour cream, so when I looked at the picture, I was a little confused as it looks very white and not cream at all. But then when I read your description, needless to say I was impressed. x
