I’m glad to share with you a cake combining one of my signature techniques I’ve done on some older designs: macrames with sugar threads and some new techniques I’ve worked out: denim effect ruffles and ombre bargello chevrons. Toppers are my gum paste wired cupped open peonies and fantasy leaves.
