Made this cake for a lovely friend.
She became 50, and is a great cook !
So I made a cake to fit her free mind and love for life.
So inside there was vanilla cake infused with erderlyflowerlicor and prosecco, cheers! , raspberry curd and whitechocolatemousse with ganache, mangocoelis and coloured pink and lilac chocolate.
Witch I painted with red dust and gold dust also a touch of goldleaf.
On top a fondant rose and fondant ruffles, blueberries and eatable pansies.
Hope you like it as much as she did.
