For my godchild’s 4th birthday, I made this Paw Patrol Cake. It was a sponge cake, filled with chocolate mousse and raspberries, covered with ganache.

Etty van Urk’s Craftsy class helped me making the pups.

On the board, I used cake crack for the first time, to create a subtle wood effect. Really loved it!
