Another one of my bucket list themes ticked off! Had a blast making this one, all handmade and edible of course! Loved playing Mario as a kid. This was ‘Chocoholics Dream’ with chocolate ganache. The cake I was asked to use as inspiration was a brilliant design by DOLCEmente Sheila, but I made a few changes to make it unique for the birthday boy.
