I was so honored to be a part of this amazing event in designing and created some delightful desserts for the dessert table at this beautiful Masquerade Ball Charity Event.

Desserts created included- Mini Cakes decorated in red rosettes embellished with gold nonperiels, designer sugar cookies in a butterfly shape airbrushed to look like Masquerade Masks, Mini Cheesecakes complete with fresh raspberries and Blueberries, Dessert Cups filled with rich and creamy Key Lime cheesecake, white chocolate and fresh berries, Petit Fours filled with raspberry cream covered in rich poured fondant and topped with fresh raspberries, Fancy dipped strawberries and Pretzels and Designer Cupcapes decorated with white buttercream rosettes embellished with gold nonperiels
