The ‘Carnival Cakers collaboration’ is composed by 92 sugar artists from all over the world. The 2017 theme was ‘Venetian style carnival’. You can find all the amazing contributions on the Carnival Cakers Facebook page

My contribution is inspired by this very colorful Venetian mask.

I chose not to reproduce the mask, I preferred to take only the inspiration to make this tiered cake special for me !
