Topsy Wedding cake

Had a disaster with delivery on this cake…...Country roads, bumpy, steep hills and valleys. Main centre support popped out during transit and then the whole thing started to collapse over to one side with the steep hills. Thankfully, it was the rear of the cake that was effected the worst, though you can still see some damage on the bottom left tier. The Balls around the second tier all had to be re-made on site to hide the blue stains on the white fondant – where the whole thing had shifted. I cried all the way home :(

Bottom tier is Vanilla Sponge. The second tier is Chocolate Fudge cake, third Orange sponge and the top (which I left off for transport) was Rich fruit cake. The two mini cakes were gluten free chocolate cakes.
