My creation is dedicated to my mom who died of Multiple Myeloma 26 years ago, it is a form of bone marrow cancer and the color burgundy represents this type of cancer.
It was very difficult to observe my mother suffering and deteriorating until she finally succumbed to the disease. My mom… always on my mind, forever in my heart.

I have adorned my piece with my moms favorite flower, white and deep red carnations suggesting pure and deep love.
