This was for a very special birthday.
It was for a friend and colleague who works with me in the Welsh Housing Association where I work.
The cake was vanilla sponge with buttercream. Using Doric’s brilliant Flawless Finish sugarpaste. I painted the little dog using cocoa butter and sugarflair and Rainbow dust dusts.
I added some macarons too and painted them in paw prints.
