This cake I created was so tall (37" tall including the flower bouquet), that I couldn’t assemble for pictures before delivering to the venue. I could only shoot just the top part with the flowers and had to shoot the rest at the venue once I was able to assemble it all.
The cake a 13" double barrel, 11", 9" double barrel, 7" and 5" vanilla bean with vanilla bean buttercream covered in white marshmallow fondant with silver balls along the bottom of each tier. On the top sits a bouquet of white sugar hydrangeas I made dusted to show the different stages of growth.
