I was so excited about doing this cake- and a little nervous too! I rarely get the opportunity to do fondant wedding cakes. Also my first time using Massa Ticino- and let me tell you it was worth every penny. It was so easy to work with. It’s a 4 tier with fondant layers and hand painted gold trim. This was a design the bride requested after seeing it in Brides Magazine.
