This bride knew exactly what she wanted! White cake with raspberry buttercream filling and white ganache covered in fondant, airbrushed in her red and purple colors, then hand painted gold and bronze highlights for a layered look. The gold swirls on the front are gumpaste with edible gold.
I used the SPS system with this cake because it had to travel to another Alaskan island by float plane to the wedding. Yes, just a wee bit nerve wracking to be a cake decorator in SE Alaska!
