S'mores Cake

S'mores Cake

Two-layer chocolate filled & frosted with Cookie Butter Cream and toasted marshmallows, surrounded by graham crackers. It is delicious, but would work better in a single layer to get the cake/frosting balance right.

Holy smokes, I rarely look at cakes and think, “Wow, I’d love a slice of that” – but… Wow, I’d love a slice of that! ;)
