For a holiday event at our Rainbow Community center tonight. Chocolate sponge with mocha whipped cream filling and roughly iced in chocolate ganache.

This is beautiful, Shirley and sounds so good! I am trying to build up my nerve to make one! Don’t see any M’s, but the way, or commas either???

The people at the Rainbow Community Centre are sooo lucky getting to eat the yule logs and the pavlova you made Shirley. They look and sound delicious.

Thank you everyone. The center is always appreciative of my donations. They gave me a party a week ago to celebrate my 20th year as a volunteer there. As a gift they gave me a lovely silver cake server and cake knife engraved with special messages for me. I used those this evening to cut the cakes but told everyone I was doing a strip search before they left so I was sure they made it home with me. :)
