Tangled Raspberry Tree!

This cake was supposed to be just a white chocolate bittercream and raspberry creation but I had other ideas! The cake is vanilla sponge with Raspberry Jam filling, a Milk Choc shell and White Choc BC topping. The decoration is made with flavoured fondant, chocolate and Raspberry…choctastic
