Whipped cream wedding cake
When a client comes with a reference picture like this cake saying it’s a simple design I know it takes another baker to understand that there is nothing simple with sharp edges ,filigree work ,cornelli,stacking a huge cake with cream …My eyes were watery by the time I finished this but happiness is when your client says "It’s my dream cake ".It was personally a challenge for me as the work was intricate and unsure if I could pull off a fondant and royal icing design on a huge 10 kg cream cake .The only fondant is the gold blossoms .
