This 3-tier, 3-flavor wedding cake was my first wedding cake! I was pretty pleased with the results!! The bottom flavor was a 5-flavor pound cake – the recipe belonged to the bride’s grandmother. The middle tier was strawberry, and the top was cookies n cream. I used a traditional buttercream icing, and filled the layers with buttercream (bottom tier), fresh strawberries and cream cheese mousse (middle tier) and cookies n cream mouse (top tier).
