10" triple layer vanilla sponge torted with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Board covered in fondant to represent the Union Jack, the Lambretta was the most difficult model I have made to date, which was a copy of the recipients own bike, complete with ‘Mod’ in his parka jacket.
