I had such fun creating this gorgeous cake for a beautiful wedding on top of one of the highest hills in Austin, with incredible views. The drive up to the venue was so steep there was no way a tiered cake was going to make it in one piece! So I had to stack on site, but it all worked out very well.

Alternating tiers of Lemon Velvet Cake with Raspberry White Chocolate buttercream filling, & Dark Chocolate with Cream Cheese filling. All decor is edible, with ‘stained glass’ wafer paper butterflies, which I just love. They look like they are about to take flight!
