I made this cake back in the summer and at the time, I just couldn’t really get a feel for it – I was unsure about the colours, the design, my painting – pretty much everything about it. I was also feeling a bit daunted about setting it up at the venue too (an art gallery). But when it was all done I liked the way it looked in its beautiful setting and I started to feel a bit better about it. I was told it went down a storm with the bride & groom and their guests who loved the unusual design, and it was after that I was really started to like it after all 😂.
