I’ve just made this cake for my lovely in laws as they celebrated 50 years of marriage last night at a local restaurant with friends and family. I got a chance to practice flower making,something I really do need to practice! I was pleased with the peony though. My friend printed my favourite photo of them taken at our wedding onto an edible icing sheet and I put it in this edible frame. Cake inside was lemon sponge with home made lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Very zesty!
