My very first featured cake in India’s first ever cakeart magazine"SUGAR". A proud moment for me. Made this cake taking inspiration from the mood board provided by the magazine mostly based on vintage couture. Was sure I had to incorporate Gold and white but, what caught my attention the most were the angel wings decorated on a chairs back and heart on the shoes…hahaha yeah right , U guys must thinking really…. The wings are made using no moulds at all carving each feather at a time. I rather wanted to give a shabby chic look and the gold just lifts it all up.
