A wonderful challenge and a great learning experience to be a part of this amazing collaboration. Using Sidney Galpern’s isomalt product and Satin Ice, I engaged in my sugar shoe adventure to create a glass slipper. Thank you to Heba and Vincent for this collaboration I loved it.
