White and Red is such a great combination that one can’t really go wrong .I always do worry about putting red toppers on a whipped cream cake but if it is dried well it holds well .This cake with a touch of playing cards and customised cupcakes to match turned out very pretty .I also have taken a cue from my fondant counterparts and now cover my boards with cream :) .
