Hannah Faith was born with a partial inverted duplication on the 18th chromosome. She is the only known person in the world with this. They were first told Hannah wouldn’t live more than 24 hrs. She is now 18 and at the end of her journey with a few hours to days left. She is an absolute angel. I was very surprised when I received a phone call from her mother, Brenda, today.
