I have been very fortunate to attend both of Christine Craig’s (La Lavande Sugar Florist) recent classes held at The Delicious Cake Company in Leeds. The most recent being the Rose master class this last weekend. I swear that lady has a special supply of magic petal dust! It was an honour to see her work. This was my effort from the weekend.
